Full Sail in the Danube Delta
I enjoyed a "three-hour tour" along the marshes of the Danube Delta near Sulina, RO. "Mr. TiTi" was our guide, and provided a very pleasant experience for us. The "sail" is someone's abandoned fitted sheet. The row boat was about 13 feet (4 m) in length.
